1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Yuva Krushi Munch (YKM) platform (including the community marketplace directory, APMC mandi price tickers, YKM AI advisory, support channels, and trade matching services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Under Section 12(3) of the Indian Information Technology (IT) Act, 2000, this constitutes a legally binding electronic contract and intermediary user agreement.

2. PROFESSIONAL ELIGIBILITY & VETTING

Membership and access to the community directories are restricted exclusively to practicing farmers, agricultural producers, verified FPOs (Farmer Producer Organizations), APMC representatives, and vetted agricultural traders. Yuva Krushi Munch reserves the sole right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate registration and profiles to maintain a high-trust, unvetted-sales-free environment. Any submission of unverified, false, or fabricated experience or land ownership details during the application process constitutes a violation of these terms and will lead to immediate profile suspension.

3. HARVESTING & SPAM PROHIBITIONS

Zero Tolerance for Cold Solicitations: Direct messaging of members for commercial advertising, unsolicited software sales, recruitment outsourcing pitches, or unsolicited cold calls is strictly prohibited.

Directory Scraping Restrictions: Harvesting, scraping, downloading, or replicating member information, designations, contact numbers, or profile links from the platform directories using manual methods or automated scripts is a breach of security and is punishable under Section 43 of the India IT Act, 2000.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS

Yuva Krushi Munch provides this platform as an intermediary peer-matching space. We do not guarantee the performance, deliverables, accuracy of profiles, or compliance of vetted service partners or commodity buyers. All engagements, agreements, and matched agricultural trade services entered into between corporate members, farmers, and service partners are executed solely at the respective parties' own risk.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & UPLOADS

All content, guidelines, logos, frameworks, and resource materials uploaded by Yuva Krushi Munch or the platform administration team are protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws. Members retain ownership of the documents they upload but grant the platform a non-exclusive license to share those templates with other community members based on their selected visibility preferences.
